All I can see are differences. The large gap between the elites and masses . If the people celebrate you like this and you fail to deliver , I hope these people will also boot you out . |

gosling762: He's a man of the people 100% but he's no where near good enough to be governor. The current governor is a million miles ahead of him in everything except popularity. Election in Nasarawa state is purely based on religion. I don't like both of them, but all my family voted for PDP and that is strictly based on religion. For me personally, I don't like the whole religious stuff but a non Muslim oath to rule Nasarawa state as well. INEC keep denying the bonafide indigenous people of the state a chance at leadership. This is not good. I know this judgement will be nullified at the supreme Court so I'm not celebrating anything 1 Like |

PsTar2021:Yes. There are a lot of them in nasarawa state. They came same way governor sule's father came to dwell there. The people of nasarawa used to be very hospitable. But their kindness was upturned by fulanis who settled there and were unleashing mayhem on them, taking over their lands, killing their men and raping their woman. This victory was made possible by the indigenous people of nasarawa state. The pdp guy went and met with the labour party candidate and pleaded with him to step down for him, so they could take back their destiny which had been hijacked from them by foreigners according to my friend who hails from the state and he stepped down for him. He asked all the LP supporters in the state to back the pdp candidate. He even defeated Sule in his town and LGA. That's what unity can do. Congrats to them 2 Likes |

The way Nigerians jubilate when results are announced is hardly sustained by the activities of these rouge politicians. Just wait after one year in office |

Judiciary is indeed the last hope of a common man when it favours them. However, I support this judgement bcoz Sule did not perform and secondly, Ombrigadu was robbed by Almakura then. |

fergie001: Meanwhile, they're roasting Tonye Barcanista on twitter😂. Man went to claim that Nyesom Wike gave this PDP's Nasarawa candidate hundred percent support during the elections, but tweeps are not having any of that gist. They even told him to limit his lies to nairaland. |
Re: Nasarawa: Ombugadu's Reaction On Being Declared Winner by famology(m): 7:39pm On Oct 02, 2023 |
The man actually won that election. But I don't take tribunal verdicts seriously because it's usually going to end at the supreme court. Supreme court get as dem take dey. |
Re: Nasarawa: Ombugadu's Reaction On Being Declared Winner by fergie001: 7:46pm On Oct 02, 2023 |
BoldBrainz:We have entered into heated arguments here because of Wike. Tonye is a Wile person that's why some PDP peeps don't see him as one of them. He took Shaibu's side during their wahala. Howevee, I know Ombugadu is more pro-Wike anyways but those that are the eggheads around him, the Makus and co. see Wike as a small boy. |

The issue in Nasarawa is more of a religious matter, i was with a christian Nasarawa man today and his mood was out of this world when he heard the verdict, i asked why is he so happy and he answered muslims have been mocking them for long that no christian will ever govern the state, thats why alot of people are jubilating. |
