It's a simple typo the difference between "Bola" and "Fola" is one alphabet and it's evident that Tinlubu was a bastardization of the name Tinubu by someone who is foreign to the Yoruba names.

Even within Nigeria people have their names misspelt by fellow Nigerians who should know better. My own name has been misspelt while in university and honestly I just left it for over 2 years before correcting it just before I graduated because I didn't want the error to go into my transcripts and certificates.
