Anything above[b] three years is long term[/b]. It doesn’t mean that we should keep an underperforming manager for three years, we get rid of such manager if there is no improvement. Also, it does not mean we should sack a performing manager after 3 years. If a manager does well in 2 out of 3 seasons, and we make top 4 and win Carabao cup in the third year, it’s not a sackable performance.

Antony and Rashford play as wide forwards.

It won't... It looks suicidal, but it isn't. Casemiro and Amrabat do defensive duties, that's 5 players. We progress slowly and build play, nothing like counter whatever.

And like I said also, we defend the box and against crosses, unless we believe say Onana no go fit save shots from outside the box 18.
