So, in Nigerian Law, we can easily accept certificates produced by road side vendors as official document.. Provided it's not from CSU, it's forged, and presenting such documents to INEC or any other official use is a crime in Nigerian Law..

It simply means that even if Tinubu uses Biro to rewrite his diploma certificate, it dies not in any way invalidate it...it doesn't in anyway make him break d law.
Tinubu may decide to rewrite using slate and chalk it still will be validated.

Pls my 5million bet with whoever think otherwise.
