Isreal is still humane by warning Gaza residents to leave before attacking the area. That is why casualty is still minimal. Hamas never warned anyone.
Well Isreal has promised to deal with it in a way that it will never happen again, that means total destruction of that area, Isreal never promised what they can't give. If you love terrorists very much, relocate to that place and refuse to leave.
