The middle has been plagued by wars since the beginning of time.

The Muslims had always been their own problem right from time since the the era of The Crusades through betrayal. It was Sharrif Hussein also known as Hussein bin Ali King of Hejaz in Saudi Arabia that helped Britain and France to put an end to Ottoman rule through out middle east through his Great Arab Revolt.

Why? The Wahhabis in Saudi Arabia detests the Ottomans because they didn't see them as true Muslims so there were wranglings between the Ottoman Empire and Saudi Arabia. Britain and France who already had colonial interest in the Middle East saw this and exploited it and approached Hussein Bin Ali to help them route the Ottomans out of Middle East. So they promised him control of greater Arab state, Syria, Palestine Lebanon and Jordan. Shariff Hussein fell for it and led a popular Revolt known as Great Arab Revolt by historians through out the Middle East and all the sunnis expelled the Ottomans.

As a result the Ottomans lost the control of Palestine and other Areas it was controlling in the middle East. Now when it came to the time that the British and French should fulfill their promises to Hussein Ben Ali they reneged and took those Ottoman territories for themselves.

It later dawned on Hussein Ben Ali he had been used by these imperialists. He spent the rest of his life regretting it. Because no matter what the Ottomans were still their Muslim brothers instead of this white imperialists that has come to occupy their lands. If he didn't fall for Britain's trick by helping her to put an end to Ottoman rule in Palestine and other Areas in middle east there would be no Israel that we have today.

The Muslims had always been their own problem since the era of The crusades. At Versailles when the League of Nations was declaring Palestine, Syria as Mandate of British and French empire respectively Hussein Bin Ali's son was shocked he went back home to solidify his grip on Syria the French sent troops to wage war against him in what is known as Battle of Maysalun. He had to flee Syria.
