Seems like you hate and find it hard to tolerate retracements.well,work on your patience,it's obvious you also focus on the monetary value of your trade(what that profit means to you in terms of benefit and financial goals) which is very wrong.Divert your attention and focus on the potential of the market movement.Also reduce your screen time.

Thank you for the darwinex challenge @infofirst. It is helping me the following ways:
1. I used to take random trades but not anymore
2. My discipline has improved
3. I don't take hasty trades anymore, I wait patiently (still hard though)

Just my thoughts: forex is a journey of self discovery. It is a reflection of your emotions, whether you are patient or impatient.
After a year and some days, with serious hardwork, sleepless nights, I finally got my strategy.
LIQUIDITY and MARKET STRUCTURE.

I am working on getting out of my comfort zone. Dealing with my psychology, especially impatience and lack of confidence in my strategy.
I recommend get the right knowledge, study materials not watch STUDY them. You are almost there. Keep pushing bosses in the house.

To be a swing trader, you have to have at least one other major activity going on in your life; e.g. a job, sport, game, etc. that requires your daily full attention. Start from there first.
