Also, since he has no UCI yet, will he put "Not applicable" there or fill in my own UCI since he is applying to join me? I am a bit confused. Thank you. Please, I would appreciate an answer.

Please for the SOWP, the document checklist IMM5914e, did you submit it and how did you fill it. There is a section for live-in caregivers. Do we have to fill it?

As per VV to SOWP, u can flagpole when u get to canada..its usually done at the borders..

Just google "flag poling in canada" for more details...

My husband currently has a permanent job that he will be resuming on Monday (although he will still be on probation for the next 3 months). What documents do you suggest I send for the IRCC request? I have 1 week to respond.

Background story: I finished my studies in Apr, with my study permit expiring on Jul 30, 2023. I applied for a PGWP alongside with SOWP extension for my spouse on the same application and profile.

Hello, it is about 15 week since my wife submitted her SWOP. 17 days ago, she was asked to submit furthe proosf of relationship and also my proof of enrolment. since then, we have not heard back from IRCC despite numerous mails and web form. What else do we do to gwet the decison of our appilcation?

No..sometimes you need it for extension. My brother also was in same shoes. He had to get a job to apply to his wife extension. A Noc job to be precise

For your husband to qualify for open work permit on your own pgwp- you must be employed in teer Noc 1,2,3.

Without that - your husband cannot apply for work permit on your pgwp.

Please target to get a skilled job as soon as you can.
