l agree with some of your points, Secondly, she should have kept the Fast or her Fasting secret from everyone, l have a close friend who fasted for 2 years but he was breaking the fast by 2pm and 5pm at different days plus ➕ 2 years of nonstop midnight prayers, he is doing exploit for God outside Nigeria with amazing signs, wonders, Miracles and testimonies following his Ministry , so Fasting is good but do it with wisdom and keep it secret between yourself and God, However after the fast, you can share it with people to encourage them to fast as led by God

instead of going on fruit diet for some days before introducing solid food like this. she will just harm her system

If you start with heavy food after a long fast your body will not digest it on time which can lead to bloating and discomfort. Start with lighter foods like pap or custard to set the environment of your stomach right again before you take in heavier foods.

They shouldn't have even allowed her to take any food immediately until she gets well hydrated by IV route,"drip",then they start her on small meals b4 she gets back to eating fully.After prolonged fasting the body's digestive system needs time to adjust to solid meals again.Infact,due to lack of nutrition,the muscles that move food down the alimentary tract become also flabby and weak because they were also deprived of food.So if you now start taking solid food because of the amount of work it takes to move it down and digest it,it most times gets rejected or just passes straight down without any digestion taking place,so u see the person vomiting or stooling or both.
But I doubt she actually did "dry fasting" for that length of time.Her corpse would have been what they found.
Some of these people can either lie or exaggerate things because it's not possible that you don't see your coursemate/friend for a day or two without checking on them.So how come it was after a full month they checked on her?

Someone close to me did this dry fasting for 3 weeks,he was still doing his normal chores,but the mistake I made was giving him solid food,he had blistered and sores in his mouth.i later learnt I should be given him something like pap n milk .
