I tried to add dependents when I got the first date, it didn’t work. Sent an email and was asked to get individual dates. Kept checking daily and got 2 more appointments for same day.
Some days to the first date I got an email asking all 3 to come same date.

Please can someone assist me, I have apply for B2 VISA I have not been able to pick appointment date

You have to wait until you get an email from them as stated in the last line of the screenshot you posted.

Yes she can, but see below from travel.state.gov
“You should schedule an appointment for your visa interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in the country where you live. You may schedule your interview at another U.S. Embassy or Consulate, but be aware that it may be more difficult to qualify for a visa outside of the country where you live.”

It's not stamped immediately but the V.O keeps your passport if your application is successful.

1) it could be that the conference in question is nothing mandatory or special and the VO thinks you have other intentions (maybe getting visa now in order to make it easier for when you want to give birth). This is because with the current economic situation in Nigeria, it is somewhat questionable that someone is willing to spend millions on flight, accommodation etc, just for a 'conference'. My opinion anyway

She's a visitor in the UK
Her ties are to Nigeria not to the UK
If she was on another visa say dependent or study or work permit then she would have ties to the Uk

Please, My mum US visa expired in June 2020 and I read it on US Embassy and Consulate in Nigeria website that one is eligible for interview waiver if previous visa expired within the last 48 months or will expire in the next 3 months from the date of application. I understand with this that she is eligible for the interview waiver. My question now is that she wants to apply for US visa now but her last application was not filled by her ,someone actually helped her out, how would she go about the waiver of a thing and is it right for her to fill fresh things different from what was filled in the last DS 160 which she does not have access to now. Kindly assist with your kind response

You dont need bank statement for your interview. Unless you want to carry for carrying sake, then 6 months will suffice.
Well unless it's a student visa, or plan to give birth.
