Abeg mk Ona Leave that one, She doesn’t know she’s even reducing the respect everyone has for her as a Legend.. Leave when the ovation is high…

Anyways if she really Plays well for Naija Ratels this Season I won’t complain if they chose to invite her… Sinclair who’s her age mate is still playing competitively in the NWSL and there’s no way you would fault that kind of invite when she’s still at top form.. Seger 38yrs of Sweden, Ayinde Captain at Rosengard is still playing Competitively in the Swedish top flight, Faith Ikidi 36yrs same.. If you invite this type wha everybody da see them week in week out performing at top level I nor go complain…

Hopefully, will get to see more of her and assess if she is ready for the SF.

WHAT DOES RINSOLA BABAJIDE BRING TO THE SUPERFALCONS ATTACK??

A versatile forward, Babajide often plays as a winger, and is capable of playing on either flank, Her ability to time her runs enables her to stretch opposing defences, making her a dangerous offensive threat on counter-attacks.

A skillful player, She’s known for her dribbling ability, as well as her explosive acceleration, agility, quick feet, link-up play and creativity when in possession of the ball, as demonstrated by her use of elaborate feints, such as step overs, or sudden changes of pace or direction to beat her opponents in one-on-one situations…!

Her arrival will bring additional speed, Excellent Delivery into the Box for our No.9 and competition to the Super Falcons forward line, especially the Left Wing

This was one of my Favorite game of hersssssss that made me change my mind that we need her in the SuperFalcons set up cause I wasn’t really moved about her at first, She was on fire, pace and power couple with dangerous balls into the Box.

The recent announcement of Super Falcons' squad for the Paris 2024 Olympics qualifier against Ethiopia brings forth various opinions on the exclusion of the veteran captain, Onome Ebi. 🇳🇬⚽

Former Super Falcons coach, Godwin Izilein, has praised the decision, emphasizing the need for new talent to take the stage. "This is the best decision because for how long do we continue to have Ebi in the team," Izilein voiced. "She was no longer needed and useful in the team."

Ebi, at 40 years old, had made history at the 2023 World Cup and played in six World Cups. However, Izilein's perspective is that it's time to give the younger generation an opportunity to shine.

In contrast, ex-Falcons captain, Stella Mbachu, believes Ebi's experience is valuable and age alone should not determine her role in the team. "As long as she remains fit and still very active," Mbachu commented, "she should be allowed to stay."

What's your take on this?

With Zambia demolishing them 6-2 in a friendly recently, you could tell they didn't feel they were progressing good enough.

As I said before, it's not up to Onome. There are many players that did not retire from the national team until years after they stopped playing. The coach/FA simply stopped inviting them.

If Nigeria feels that she is too old, then it's up to the coaches/FA to stop inviting her.
