Help, my Redmi 10c started developing a fault since two days now.

Sim1 will just vanished. While Sim2 with be active. But immediately I Reboot the phone, Sim1 will come back operational. After some hours Sim1 will disappear again. Making me to lose calls coming into that line.

Please how can I rectify this fault.?

Before this, i was using oppo A9 2020 and i enjoyed that phone very well before it was stolen.

So i want to change to another phone, a good phone i can use in UK (relocating to there soon) with very good battery life, multi-task, plays good music and video, perfect picture and camera quality etc.

I also need recommendations fora good android tablet with sim port. Budget for the tab is #80k too 100k.

My location is Abuja so i will appreciate directions on where to get them

The price and budget you are willing to spend is the greatest pointer for a precise recommendation because
the qualities you stated are so vague that any phone ranging from 100k to 1m might as well have those features you are looking for.

Seems this network issue is prone to the 10c, same thing happened to me, had it fix in ikeja and gave the phone out straight, got a note 12 after that.

Is it advisable to buy phones from Jumia?

I just got my first Xiaomi phone 12c, and I like it, but I'm missing a very useful feature that can be found in phones lower in specs than this, OTG!. I can see not many Xiaomi has this feature except probably the flagships according to gsmarena. I backed up all my stuff in a flash drive and I don't have a computer. I also had them in my memory card but a new phone will request for a format before such can be used. To be missing OTG in 2023 is bad. Apart from this, I'm loving it
