i don't understand why many are blaming PJes today. Lookman wasted 2-3 goal scoring opportunity in he first half, while chukwueze wasted 2-3 as well. same goal scoring opportunity iheanacho got and scored is same thing chukwueze wasted. His own was even easy compared to the one Nacho got and buried. 2-3 goals in the first have would have destroyed the saudi morale. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Odunayaw: haha Mancini that destroyed the belgium team with T. Henry. if the formal coach of saudi was still there, it would have been a different result. Mancini is just over-hyped. |

Chuks will have 100m perimeter to himself but will take a touch or two that covers 99.9m and waste the chances. Compare to Seniorman that needs no touch. Guy already knows where the keeper and the post is. He shoots and hits target instanta. Something is wrong with Chuks. The earlier the better. He can't continue to be wasting 100m circumference like that inside the box. Is it a taboo for him to shoot instanta? 2 Likes 1 Share |

The amount of chances we missed today is simply unforgivable (friendlies or not). Most teams won't open up that much for us in Africa. We can't afford to be that wasteful going forward. Please did anyone cursed Paserio that he must use 442/424 cos I still can't get my head around that Sadiq sub. I don't like rigid coach (coach that make changes based on their formation without changing according to the match situation). A Sadiq nor another striker was not needed even at 1-1. An Aribo/Onyeka/Onyedika should have come on and Iwobi should have moved up to support Moffi in 4231 system. Paserio is testing our patience. 7 Likes 1 Share |

For the match against Mozambique, i think JP would still start Uzoho based on his interview with OGN. He's a coach who at least publicly defends his players even when they make hollers but he threw his attackers under the bus sha. I hope he gives a chance to Fisayo and Toru. I am thinking he may start with thi team on Monday Uzoho (for confidence building) Osayi Bruno Ajayi Bassey Ndidi Iwobi Moses Iheanacho/Lookman Boniface Moffi (seems Osimhen is injured) Personally, I don't like the the 4-4-2 or 4-2-4 but na wetin Oga coach like be that. If na me be coach n like dis I go play Adebayo Osayi Bruno AJayi Toru Ndidi Onyedika Fisayo Moses Boniface Iheanacho Am not starting Iwobi because I know what he can do, undisputed in the midfield, just want to check out Fisayo in a game, same with Onyeka, check out Onyedika. And if Lukmon or Chuks dey fumble, Iwobi could play from the wings sef in my opinion. 2 Likes |

BascoVanVeli:the only thing we did wrong in this match was missing chances. Score like five goals nobody would even care you conceded two goals from set pieces. Well, Mozambique is next. Let's see how well our goal scorers fare again. |

Nigeria should stop this 4-4-2 in the name of accommodating our strikers and wingers. Since two years ago we have been struggling with this 4-4-2 pattern. 3-5-2 and 4-3-3 are better formation. Our home based goalkeepers deserve a chance,we cannot keep inviting inactive goalkeepers because they play in Europe. 1 Like 2 Shares |

The excessive number of strikers is causing us to forget the essence of a proper football setup. We are currently experiencing a midfield crisis, and the coach should consider starting any three of these four natural midfielders: Ndidi, Dele Bashiru, Onyeka, and Onyedika. Iwobi should take over the right-wing responsibilities from Chukwueze; his amateurish mistakes are quite frustrating. Playing an excessive number of forwards is reminiscent of the Argentine era featuring Messi, Higuain, Lavezzi, Tevez, Pastore, Aguero, and Di Maria. 3 Likes 1 Share |

M7even: This right here is the problem we have been facing. Many people think the rubbish setup of Gernot Rohr can just be undone with a change of coach. Something he did for 6years. Take a look at Chukwueze, may we kindly ask what's the job of a winger. if he cannot cross at least play a decent pass. Another problem is our boys have always been used to lethargic performances... No passion and no winning mentality. And guess who drilled that into their skulls? Your guess is as good as mine. When you start to lose to a team like Madagascar and you aren't upset or mad about it but you have your gaffer saying there is no shame in losing to Madagascar.... them there goes the core of the problem. A bad governance of 4years cannot be undone in 10years of good rule. You cannot build a lofty structure on a bad foundation. It will always come crashing down when the real test of strength and structural integrity comes knocking. 2 Likes |

I don't know why everyone is complaining about 4-4-2 or 4-2-4 formation You all should stop wailing Our midfield is never thin during the matches we play.... Yesterday we had a crowded midfield JP is always playing a diamond midfield.... The last time I checked, diamond midfield is not thin You people are never satisfied When last did your SE played a fluid and coordinated football? But today we see better coordination under JP Stop complaining you insatiable lots 3 Likes |

People pretending here as if Enyeama wasn't terrible at setpieces too. Enyeama was directly responsible for goals against Korea(2010), France(2014), Ghana(2010 ANC)... So it's nothing new. 1 Like |

forgiveness: You are too generous with that 5 goals, I started watching from 70mins, from that time, we could had scored more than 5, unnecessary dribbling in their 18yards box, when a quick pass and it's a goal 2, Our players are too in a rush whenever they were in the box, hence they outran most balls, Finally Aribo Should not had pull that guy, Bassey had him covered, Uzoho issa sure numero uno 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Nepa save me yesterday, after that goal, them carry light go, I come dey suspect, na Vexation make them off light 🤣🤣🤣🤣 1 Like |

realpoacher: Lack of Patience had been our undoing, both in the goalkeepers department, Instead of investing in them, we always ran to any and available One, once he is churning out numbers, You see Maduka Okoye I refuse to give up on him like most here,, Until we invest in that department, we are going nowhere in there |
