The assesment which begins in January 2024 will keep every minister on his/her toes. Now, every minister knows Mr.President is watching. Not going to be business as usual.

After generating the IGR, what happens next?. If your state Governor been free to dey generate IGR and use it for your state, how is the same a bad thing for FCT?. Receive sense.
