ONE of the gunmen suspected to be a member of the Independent Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) was arrested by the security men in one of the South Eastern States.

In a viral video monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE, the unidentified man who was decorated with local charms had his hands tied up to the back.

He was in pains crying and confessing that he joined the deadly terrorists group six months ago.
