Ohyoudidnt:

Saturday is most popularly accepted as the Sabbath. Saturday, the seventh day of the week, has long been accepted as the popular Sabbath for many cultures and religions around the world.
In Judaism, Saturday is recognized as the Sabbath, a day set apart for rest and observance of religious duties. According to the Book of Genesis in the Old Testament of the Bible, God created the world in six days and rested on the seventh, sanctifying it as a day of rest. This divine act of rest serves as a central theme in Jewish tradition, and observant Jews honor the Sabbath by abstaining from work, refraining from certain activities, and spending time in prayer and study. Saturday, therefore, serves as a sacred day for the Jewish community.
Throughout history, mankind has been enveloped in a continuous struggle to comprehend the abstract concept of a higher power. Various religions have emerged, each presenting their own beliefs and teachings about God and his prophets. However, skepticism and doubt have always existed among individuals, challenging the very existence of these divine entities.

One of the primary reasons behind doubting God and his prophets is the question of suffering and evil. Many individuals struggle to reconcile the idea of an all-loving and all-powerful God with the presence of pain, suffering, and atrocities in the world. If God is truly benevolent, then why does he allow innocent people to suffer?

Unlike other aspects of life, such as science or history, religion mainly relies on faith rather than empirical evidence. While religious texts and teachings provide insights into the existence of God and his prophets, the lack of concrete proof fuels skepticism. People naturally tend to be more skeptical of concepts that are not substantiated by objective evidence.

The scriptures suggest that, initially, Jesus' disciples reacted with disbelief and confusion regarding his crucifixion. Following his arrest and trial, most of the disciples fled from the scene, fearing arrest and potential persecution themselves. Peter, one of the most prominent disciples, denied any association with Jesus three times before the crucifixion, displaying disbelief and betrayal.

The Gospel of Luke outlines a post-resurrection occurrence called the "Road to Emmaus." In this account, two disciples, Cleopas and an unnamed companion, expressed their sorrow and confusion about Jesus' crucifixion, indicating a lack of understanding regarding Jesus' resurrection. This narrative illustrates that not all disciples initially believed in Jesus' crucifixion.

One of the most well-known instances of disbelief among Jesus' disciples involved Thomas. Following Jesus' crucifixion, when the other disciples professed seeing the resurrected Christ, Thomas expressed uncertainty and stated that he would not believe unless he personally saw and touched the wounds inflicted on Jesus. This doubt demonstrates a hesitancy to accept Jesus' crucifixion until he could verify it himself.

Luke 24:19 .........“About Jesus of Nazareth,” they replied. “He was a prophet, powerful in word and deed before God and all the people.
Why did you not answer any of my questions?

Let me harvest them here again for you as I didn't ask you if Saturday was sabbath or not.

Again, I here are my questions :please number them as stated...

THIS IS CRUCIAL: Please respond clearly to the Questions below

1. Is Saturday the only sabbath in Israel?

2. Did any of the gospels say Jesus was crucified on Friday?

3. Are you saying authoritatively that those crucified do not die from asphyxiation?
Then what is the primary cause of death to the crucified knowing that not all of them were nailed to the cross but tied with ropes.?

4. Can you explain why sometimes the legs of the crucified were broken?

Let us for the sake of argument agree that Jesus was not crucified on the cross
5. Was it Allah that caused the delusion of the Jews and Romans to think that they are crucifying Jesus?

6. If the above is true, Is Allah a Just God by allowing a different person to be crucified in place of Christ Jesus?

7. Who was the replacement on the cross?

8. We can understand if Allah the Al-Makir decieved both the Jews and the Romans. Why did Allah decieve Mary the mother of Jesus, Mohammed the disciples of Jesus and all the followers of Jesus?

9. The Christians say that Jesus was taken to heaven in their presence After His resurrection. According to Islam, can who else was aware of the going to heaven of Jesus?

The answers to the questions are SHORT and doesn't require much explanations sir!

Short answer for 10 questions? Fantastic.
1.In the context of Israel, the sabbath traditionally takes place from Friday evening to Saturday evening, with Saturday being designated as the day of rest.

The crucifixion occurred on Friday because, according to the Gospels, Jesus died before the onset of the sabbath. This aligns with Jewish law, which prohibits any work on the sabbath.

2. In Mark 15:42, after Jesus' death, we read that "When evening had already come, because it was the preparation day, that is, the day before the Sabbath." This statement alludes to the Sabbath, which in Jewish tradition, begins on Friday evening.

In John 19:31, after Jesus' death, it is mentioned that "Since it was the day of Preparation, the Jews did not want the bodies left on the cross during the Sabbath." Again, this refers to Friday as the day of crucifixion, as it highlights the impending Sabbath and the necessity of removing bodies from the crosses before it.

3. Crucifixion was intended to prolong suffering and cause immense pain, the actual cause of death arose from a combination of factors.
Scientifically examining the process of crucifixion gives a deeper understanding of the physical effects endured by victims.
The physical, psychological, and spiritual torment endured by the crucified individuals was undoubtedly immense.

Hemodynamic Changes from crucifixion was notorious for causing significant hemodynamic alterations in the body. Standing upright on the cross impeded venous return, causing blood pooling in the lower extremities. This pooling resulted in reduced venous return to the heart, diminishing cardiac output. Consequently, a drop in blood pressure occurred, putting additional stress on the circulatory system. The lack of proper circulation, coupled with dehydration, could lead to multiple organ failure and eventual death.
A key factor contributing to death is hypovolemic shock, resulting from significant blood loss caused by the nails driven through the hands and sometimes feet. These injuries sever crucial blood vessels, causing rapid blood depletion and exacerbating the body's physiological response to severe pain and trauma.
The crucifixion process often takes place under unforgiving climatic conditions, exposing the condemned to significant dehydration and hyperthermia.
Counter to popular belief, asphyxiation resulting from the crucifixion position may not be the primary cause of death. In fact, numerous in-depth studies and historical accounts suggest that asphyxiation plays a secondary role in the outcome of crucifixion.

4. The Barbaric nature of man and perharps to make it even more difficult for the crucified to get away if he somehow beat death on the crucifix.

5. If there could be doubts by the disciples of the crucifixion and resurrection how much more those who weren't as close?

6. It is not established that another was crucified in place of Jesus. Indeed it is a mystery isn't it?

7. The former answets this

8.The word "Makir" has been misinterpreted by some individuals, leading them to believe it is a recognized name of Allah. However, a closer examination of the Quran and religious texts reveals that "Makir" does not qualify as a valid name for Allah. Nowhere within the Quran does Allah introduce Himself as "Makir."

9. What is said in the Quran is
Allah said, “O Jesus, indeed I will take you and raise you to Myself and purify you from those who disbelieve and make those who follow you [in submission to Allah alone] superior to those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me is your return, and I will judge between you concerning that in which you used to differ. (Q3:55)

.....but when You took me back....(Q5:117)

1. Is Saturday the only sabbath in Israel?
This is a deliberate lie!
No sir except you present an evidence tht the only sabbath in Israel is Saturday sabbath

Ohyoudidnt:

2. Did any of the gospels say Jesus was crucified on Friday?

Another deliberate lie as none of the scripture mentioned Friday. It was the day of preparation.

To Prove this all you need to do is to prove that the ONLY sabbath in Israel is Saturday.

To help you, here are other sabbaths

Lev 23:24: "Speak to the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall you have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation."

Lev 23:32: "It shall be to you a sabbath of rest, and you shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even to even, shall you celebrate your sabbath."

Lev 23:39: "Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruit of the land, you shall keep a feast to the LORD seven days: on the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath."

Lev 25:4: "But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest to the land, a sabbath for the LORD: you shall neither sow your field, nor prune your vineyard."

Lev 25:8: "And you shall number seven sabbaths of years to you, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be to you forty and nine years."

Then what is the primary cause of death to the crucified knowing that not all of them were nailed to the cross but tied with ropes.?

Unfortunately, the it is either you pretended that some people were not nailed but tied with ropes to the cross.

Your theory of death which says
A key factor contributing to death is hypovolemic shock, resulting from significant blood loss caused by the nails driven through the hands and sometimes feet.
A person tied to the cross still died like one nailed to the cross.

Second, third your theory does not explain why legs were broken.

Why have you chosen to be Dishonest about your theories because you can find out the truth if you want.

Ohyoudidnt:

4. The Barbaric nature of man and perharps to make it even more difficult for the crucified to get away if he somehow beat death on the crucifix.

4. Can you explain why sometimes the legs of the crucified were broken?

Even the Bible explained why

John 19:31-33:
"The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain on the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) sought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away. Then came the soldiers, and broke the legs of the first, and of the other which was crucified with him. But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they broke not his legs:"

The legs were broken to hasten the death on the cross so that they can conclude the crucifixion before sabbath.

It was not to increase their pain sir.

There is no biblical authority for changing the day of rest and worship from the seventh-day Sabbath. If there were different Sabbath why then didn't your Bible explicitly say so?

The Jewish Sabbath, also known as Shabbat, has its roots in biblical history. According to the Book of Genesis in the Hebrew Bible, God created the world in six days and rested on the seventh day, declaring it holy. This holy day was later enshrined as a commandment in the Ten Commandments, which were given to the Israelites by Moses on Mount Sinai. The Jewish Sabbath begins at sundown on Friday and ends at nightfall on Saturday.

The Christian Sabbath, also known as the Lord's Day, has its origins in early Christianity. Unlike the Jewish Sabbath, which falls on the seventh day of the week (Saturday), the Christian Sabbath is observed on the first day of the week (Sunday). This shift from Saturday to Sunday as the day of rest can be attributed to the belief among early Christians that Jesus Christ rose from the dead on a Sunday.

Understand the history of months and calendar years.

Yes. It wasn't just one thing that caused death by crucifixion. Have there not been people who experienced similar and survived? Did you not say sometimes on the legs breaking? Is this not of any meaning to you?

Do you state authoritatively that all jews and romans believed Jesus was crucified when some of his disciples didn't expect he would be?

Does Quran 4:157 definitely say someone else was crucified in his stead? Do the translation! If Abraham's intended sacrifice of his son could be replaced how much less Jesus?

Re: Why Muslims Pray To Mohammed! by Ohyoudidnt: 10:48pm On Oct 15, 2023
When examining the events leading up to Jesus' crucifixion as described in the Gospels, they appear to conflict with the prophecies found in the Jewish scriptures. This discrepancy has caused many Jews and Israelites to question the authenticity of Jesus' crucifixion.

In the Jewish scriptures, there are no explicit prophecies that directly foretell the crucifixion of the Messiah. Instead, the prophecies discuss a triumphant and powerful Messiah who will establish an era of peace and salvation for the Jewish people. The crucifixion, as depicted in the Gospels, paints a different picture. Jesus is portrayed as a suffering and vulnerable figure, ultimately leading to his death on the cross. This stark contrast between the expected Messiah and Jesus' fate raises doubts among the Jews and Israelites, as it seems to deviate from what is foretold in their scriptures.

Another factor that contributes to the doubts amongst the Jews and Israelites is the divergent interpretations of the passages related to the death of the Messiah. For example, the Book of Isaiah is often pointed to as one of the primary sources of messianic prophecies. However, the interpretation of Isaiah 53, which describes a suffering servant, differs between Christian and Jewish scholars. Christians view this passage as referring to Jesus' crucifixion and suffering on behalf of humanity, while many Jews maintain that it speaks of the suffering of the nation of Israel as a whole, rather than an individual messiah figure.

In Judaism, salvation is achieved through adherence to the commandments and righteous deeds, rather than through a sacrificial death. The idea that the death of Jesus on the cross could bring salvation conflicts with this foundational belief. Consequently, many Jews and Israelites find it difficult to accept the notion of Jesus' crucifixion as a redemptive act.

Then the other Gospels not compiled in the Biblical cannon say different.

Anyway enjoy your views and ask me no questions.

Unfortunately for you, salvation wasn't discussed in Judaism. What was discussed was atonement for sin through sacrifice. If you see paradise in the old testament or hell, they you may educate me.

There were two sets of prophecies about the Messiah
1. The Messiah as the everlasting king over the world
2. The Messaiah as a suffering servant.

The Jews took only the part of the Messiah being the king and overlooked the Messiah as a suffering servant.

Unfortunately, the the Messiah was to come first as a servant, die and yet see his descendant before becoming the king at His second coming.

Mohammed took this and misapplied it that Jesus will come back to kill the pigs (Jews), break the cross(convert Christians to Islam) and kill the Dajjal.

Mohammed's speciality seems to be twisting existing prophecies.

Mohammed came to set people away from either Judaism or Christianity.

There have been various attempts throughout history to confuse and distort the narrative surrounding the crucifixion. One of the most notable of these attempts is the High Sabbath theory, which seeks to create confusion regarding the timing of the crucifixion. Although this theory is based on flawed interpretations and lack of historical evidence, it remains intriguing to explore its premise and the reasons behind it.

The High Sabbath theory proposes that the crucifixion of Jesus did not occur on a Friday, as commonly believed, but rather on a Wednesday or Thursday. This theory is beset with several inconsistencies and contradictions. Firstly, the use of the term "Sabbath" in Matthew 12:40 is commonly understood to refer to the regular weekly Sabbath, which would have been Saturday during that time. The idea that it represents any Jewish festival weakens the argument as it overlooks the specificity of the language used. Furthermore, other references in the New Testament, such as Mark 16:9 and Luke 24:1, reinforce the notion that the resurrection occurred on the first day of the week, which is Sunday.

The Gospel of John mentions that Jesus was crucified on the day of preparation for the Passover (John 19:14). This aligns with the historical understanding that Passover would have fallen on a Friday during that period. Furthermore, the Jewish Sanhedrin, responsible for the trial and crucifixion of Jesus, was unlikely to conduct such proceedings during a Sabbath, as it would have been a violation of Jewish law.

The High Sabbath theory demonstrates the danger of cherry-picking verses and interpreting them in isolation, without considering their context and the historical circumstances surrounding Jesus' crucifixion.

High Sabbath" should not be confused with the Sabbath day itself. While the Sabbath is universally observed, the High Sabbath represents a specific day of significance within certain religious communities. High Sabbath refers to the festival of Passover, which commemorates the Israelites' liberation from slavery in ancient Egypt. During this time, the Jewish community gathers for special meals and prayers, celebrating their freedom and devotion to God.

It is important to note that the High Sabbath does not replace or supersede the traditional Sabbath day of rest.

John 19:31
Since it was the day of Preparation, and so that the bodies would not remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for that Sabbath was a high day), the Jews asked Pilate that their legs might be broken and that they might be taken away.

I just helped you ask a basic question that debunks your passover/high sabbath theory in the attachment below

Also, check the highlight in yellow!
It proves that you have been telling deliberate lies all along.
Is the sabbath ONLY on Saturday?
You caught yourself sir!

Unfortunately, it is you Muslims that don't have a single explanation of what happened to Jesus at His crucifixion.
There is no historical source that agree with both Allah and Mohammed on the crucifixion of Jesus.

Again,
Let us for the sake of argument say that Jesus was not crucified Can you tell us what happened :

1. Was it Allah that caused the delusion of the Jews and Romans to think that they are crucifying Jesus?

2. If the above is true, Is Allah a Just God by allowing a different person to be crucified in place of Christ Jesus?

3. Who was the replacement on the cross?

4. We can understand if Allah decieved both the Jews and the Romans. Why did Allah decieve Mary the mother of Jesus, Mohammed the disciples of Jesus and all the followers of Jesus?

5. The Christians say that Jesus was taken to heaven in their presence After His resurrection. According to Islam, can who else was aware of the going to heaven of Jesus?

Good Friday.

The image may be too small.

This Bible passage shows the chronology of the week including how the Sabbath day and the first day of the week relate to each other. According to Luke 23:54, Jesus died on the preparation day which we now call Good Friday. The next day, Sabbath, the women rested according to the commandment. Finally, after the Sabbath, on the first day of the week, Jesus was resurrected.

Therefore, according to the Bible, the Sabbath day can be pinpointed as the day before the first day of the week. Today, we call this day Saturday or the seventh day of the week. In addition, ask any Christian which day comes between Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday—their answer, Saturday.

Repeating the same rhetoric doesn't change anything my dear.

Your own writeup betrayed you that you know that several sabbaths exist in Israel as Sabbath simply means REST from work for the purpose of devotion to Yahweh.

It's amazing that Islam doesn't have the solution yet it is willing to desuade others from finding the solution it doesn't have.

The same reason you are dodging answering basic simple questions.

Note :
It is the characteristics of you Muslims, guess what I am not surprised!
