I am not an expert in this, but logically you have a tuition of 20,000 and you paid 500.. at least you should pay 50% upfront ademma2022: |

Hello everyone I sent my passport to VFS via DHL today and I want to be checking for flight. Please help me list few affordable airlines and also I’m going to Vancouver so do I pass through Toronto or I will go directly? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by bytecode: 8:48pm On Oct 16, 2023 |
Just use wakanow or Expedia. Get the prices and book directly through the airline if you have dollar card. It's way cheaper. Usually cheapest is Egypt & Ethiopian air. Klm is midrange. You might find direct BC but if you want more options then Toronto. Don't book flights with more than one stop/layover in EU otherwise u will need transit visa Favourafrica: 2 Likes |

Predator188: Now I have seen where the problem is coming from. This is my question, is it that I must create another application again for myself before I am able to commence family application? When you click on apply to come to Canada, if you start with your spouse details, you won't see a place where u will be asked if you've provided biometrics before. Please has anyone on this platform applied for family after thr main applicant got his or her ppr biko |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by bytecode: 9:13pm On Oct 16, 2023 |
Just print all and sign for each child. Remember each child will have his or her own file. Do everything you are supposed to do thoroughly and you will have your stamped passport back in less than 10 days. Remember to pay transmission fee for any child that did not do biometrics Ishoba: 1 Like |

I would like to wade into this issue of people falling into the hands of bad and unethical visa agents. Just know that you are to blame for failing to do your due diligence. I will advise people that even if you want to use an agent, please take your time to learn this process from start to finish. There are lots of resources here, on Google, YouTube channels. So that you will be able to tell the quality of the services you are getting. It can not be overemphasised that any agent that promises to give you a visa is deceiving you. Now, you have decided that you want to hire someone to help you achieve your dream of pursuing your studies in Canada. How do you protect yourself? How do you make sure you get value for your money ? How do you reduce the probability of fake admissions and unethical practices like fake bank statements, for God's sake? No agent is supposed to give you a bank statement. How do you reduce the chances of getting pfl and ban for charge backs on one visa application payment or another and overall light and shoddy application ?. I would use an agent with history, with records, and maybe recommendations. I would also use an agent who has something to lose. There are pros here with lots and lots of mentions. If you read this thread all the way down, you see them. And reading through their guidance and advice, no one would tell you that they really know what they are doing. As for having something to lose, like licensing. Belonging to some reputable body through which they can be held accountable. I believe the essence of this page is to help people learn how to go through the whole process on their own, but if for some reason you decide to hire an expert then be thorough about it and better protect yourself from people who see you as just another money to pocket. No one active on this thread should fall victim to these things. 4 Likes 1 Share |

If your business is registered with CAC, you can study business-related programs like Business Administration, Management, etc. Otherwise, I recommend you go for a program related to your current occupation; the program must not be related to your previous education since you are not a recent graduate Nathanielpraise: 1 Like |

You can request the forms and supporting documents the agent submitted with your application from IRCC to ensure you received what was submitted. Temporary resident applications (study, work and visit) are assessed on the merit of each applicant, even if you apply as a family, so your spouse and children's application can be approved as long as they are not applying as your dependent/accompanying family member. But, it will affect your wife’s PR application if she applies before the 5-year ban ends. In a PR application, the inadmissibility of one family member affects the entire application. However, it will not affect your children’s PR application when they apply for PR as the principal applicant since parents are not considered family members in such applications. Note: your children can sponsor you through PGP or Supervisa when the 5-year ban ends. You can get a US visa, but a ban from Canada for misrepresentation affects your credibility and, hence, your chances of getting approval. CanJ: |

Great job, you guys are doing with the tons of information, could anyone help with suggestion for a tested lower rate alternative to using flywire in paying for tuition fees their rate is high even buying directly from the black market is lower but sending the dollars purchased from my 'aboki' to Canada for payment of the tuition is a challenge, Form A is a no go as that one will take months and my due date in paying this tuition is in five days i really need alternative suggestions. So exhausted thinking of what to do |
