Russia would have love to do that but the relationship between Russia and Israeli is very complicated.
There are 1M Russian-Jews living in Israeli, which made it impossible for Russia to support Hamas, and many Russian millionaires and billionaires are also Jews.

One the reason USA started supporting and financing Isreal is also due to many Jews within the government.

Do u see Russia bombing women and children, schools, hospitals, humanitarian building and women and children escaping from the war. Arabs seem to be the most pathetic group of people in world's geopolitics and this recent happenings in the M.E have proved that. They know nothing other than to make money through oil and marry numerous wives and breed like hell and to add to that, they couldn't unite to confront Israel. Sad. None except Iran is heavily invested in Scientific Research and Development. They're not taking their military serious. They don't produce drones, no air defense, nothing!

All Hamas needs is just few portable ADs to deter Israel which would've made the latter careful with her random sorties that has lasted for days and counting now but seems Arab world have no ADs or something.
