Thanks for your input, to answer your questions.
1. No change of any of those parts.
2.no work done on the shaft either.
3. The seal is intact, the leakages stop once the inner cv-axle is Puch back in the gearbox. And this stay ok for awhile

If the pic below does not solve the problem, then check next post.

Sorry it's Civic 06, and thanks for your quick reply. there hasn't been any recent change of this said shafts (Since the pass 3years).

In 2022, I installed a very expensive transmission (over 4m) and it was having a similar issue. Everything was working well but the shaft kept shifting back and caused a leak which would eventually destroy the transmission if not sorted. Most transmissions arrive the market after very serious accidents and sometimes they display varying degrees of failure.

I remembered the Peugeot 407 axle designs, they were never fitted with retaining pins at the axle head to keep them affixed to the transmission, rather they had a coil spring inside the inner side cv axle. The coil spring created pressure and kept the axle locked to the transmission.

PS I used a valve spring as the coil spring.

Warning only message me if it works fine. Any other message you are on ya own grin

You'll need a mechanic to physically inspect your CV axle assembly (rod, cup, head, and the likes), hub, and drive axle.
Thanks Boss

If you've done that and it still pops out, then I'm afraid you have a bad differential.
You might need to change the differential (good luck sourcing for one and fixing), or change the transmission as a whole.
Or do it the African way. Cut a large chunk of rubber slippers (mechanic should use his discretion) and add inside the cup, fill the cup with generous amount of grease and slap the shaft inside then you'll be good to go.

Good morning Mr Gazzuzz.
For sometime now I notice when I rev or accelerate my kia rio 2007 model it emits blue smoke. But when on idle it doesn't smoke only when I rev it or on speed, let's say 2.5rpm above. My mechanic said I will need to ring the engine, but am suspecting my valve seal, I change my oil every 2months so am kind of doubting the rings. And I was also told by a colleague not to ring the engine, that most kia don't come out good after ringing. Plss ur opinion will be much appreciated. Thanks

Hello Mr gazzuzz

How are you. Please I have a bank type corolla 2005. The car guzzles fuel more than a v6. I have installed catalysts with O2 sensors and scanned which shows the o2 is working fine but yet. Changed airflow meter, Please advise as the consumption is frustrating.

Many thanks boss

Hello Gazzuz,
My 2009 Camry vibrates when accelerating and behaves as if the tyres are wobbling. I have 4 brand new tyres and have done alignment and wheel balancing on the car yet the problem persists. Please can someone advise on how to solve this problem.

Senior man.

Can you please help me interpret these codes for Toyota Corolla 2007. Recently have been having too many problems arising from this car and its quite frustrating. Ran a scan and the undermentioned popped up

P0171 System too lean
P0012 Camshaft timing over retarded
P2195 02 Sensor signal stuck lean bank1sensor1
P0138 02 Sensor sensor circuit high voltage

Atimes in traffic or at stoplights, engine will vibrate and off

P2195 02 Sensor signal stuck lean bank1sensor1

please how did you resolve this? i have been struggling and spending money.

Good evening Oga GAZZUZZ,

Please my steering is always very hard to turn when I am stationary while pressing break, until I lift my foot from the break or throttle a little before if functions normally again. It makes it really difficult to come turn or come out of very small space.

Please advise

Good day sir. I drive a Toyota corolla 2006 and for sometime now my engine has been running rough with occasional fluctuation in rpm. It only stops when I turn on the AC but continues when its off or thermostat cuts.

I recently ran a diagnosis on it and the error codes are P0012 and P0016. I consequently ran a search on the aforementioned codes but still don't understand. Could you please point out the issue(s) to me.

Thanks a whole lot sir.

Good works my elders.
Please my Honda civic 2010 model keeps blinking the drive light when engaged. It doesn't stay permanent when on drive mode but other options like park when engaged doesn't blink.
My mechanic says is the gearbox and he checked but still remain and everything regarding the gear box was serviced but still no solution.
What could be the possible cause
