Russia would have love to do that but the relationship between Russia and Israeli is very complicated.
There are 1M Russian-Jews living in Israeli, which made it impossible for Russia to support Hamas, and many Russian millionaires and billionaires are also Jews.

One the reason USA started supporting and financing Isreal is also due to many Jews within the government.
