I hope you are tracking it? If it was shipped by Starlink Lagos, then it's possible your phone number is not included in the shipment details, so you may need to call DHL and also update the tracking details with your phone number. We have discussed on this issue with shipment originating from Starlink Lagos in the past.

What's the status of the shipment now?

I believe this is a new development, because you are not the only one that has complained about this recently.

For those of us, the early adopters in Nigeria, we used it for free for at least 2 to 3 weeks before a payment statement was generated for our accounts.

However, according to Starlink, your 30day free usage starts counting once your kit is shipped. But, given your experience, we can see it's no longer so.

Log into your Starlink account, click on the 'BILLING' tab at the top. Now scroll down to the bottom left and show me what you see there, like in the screenshot below

I am now using my starlink. Thanks to you all. I hope it doesn't get disrupted by rain.

Also, I will like to know if it is possible to pay for like one year in advance? 1 year or even 6 months will work better for me than month by month.

No, also asked them some months ago. The best thing to do is to dedicate a card for it and forget the payment there. Also are you outside of Lagos, so we can see your speed test.

LOOOL
I am guessing it is Airtel shenanigans that made you flee. Those guys want to send me back to my village.

Speed for me has been great between 20Mbps and 80Mbps. However, there are 7-9 devices on my network and everyone is doing their thing, no yawa. No obstructions for me(Yay!)
God punish Airtel.

That's weird. Are you sure you don't have obstruction ? I would have expected faster speeds.

Make sure your dishy has a clear view of the sky, with no obstruction in view, especially to the north.

Also, enable the 5Ghz channel in the Starlink app. It's way faster than the 2.4Ghz, which is enabled by default.

I have average of 130mbps this morning, I compared it to airtel and on airtel it is 900kbps highest. Whoever recommended airtel to me before did me bad.

No more 60k per month, no more 24k per month for dstv. That's almost 50k per month savings for me.
