Election rigging in africa is an open shameless tradition, unlike the west where it happens ,and is deeply shrowded in secrecy,such that the best rigger carries the victory.The prayer for every election is that the best man for the job should emerge.

Yes it is. The present challenges has been envisioned long before now. Which is that at a point in this gas revolution demand will be greater than supply and then afterwards supply will gradually over come demand. At present we are in an equilibrium. It's normal, a very natural sequence.
