I noticed a sudden price movement on the parallel market after the close of the I&E market. This was around 11 pm yesterday night.

Normally, there's very little price movement at this hour for obvious reasons but yesterday was an anomaly. I immediately knew that these crooks where already rushing to their vendors to get mouth watering rates.

That was what necessitated him trying to sell them off during the privatization exercise in 2006/07. It was like hitting a jackpot when dem Otedola and Dangote bought one of them back then before Yar Adua bowed to pressure and reversed the sale.

As it stands Dangote refinery cannot produce fuel that is of standard quality ; what they can produce as of today is no better than dem Kpo fire grade . The same applies to the PH refinery (going by what the expert told the newspaper in that link you posted )

Yet somebody just woke one morning and announced subsidy is gone . And dem say Nigeria is on the patch to prosperity. Smh
