My interpretation of this verse:

The two sins of Gaza;

1. They revolted against God three and four times. God had pardoned them thrice but the fourth revolt provoked Him beyond forgiveness.

2. They invaded a Nation (probably Israel), enslaved them and later sold them off to another Nation. God frowns at slave trade for it is wickedness.

But what I don't know is whether the prophecy has been fulfilled or is being fulfilled or is later to be fulfilled.

I do tell people that there are different Gods and each God have its own people he created specially in his image, that's why we have different races. And like yh said they beef eachother.
