Supreme court fixes Monday to hear Atiku’s appeal challenging Tinubu’s victory

The supreme court has fixed October 23 to hear the appeal filed by Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) challenging the judgement which affirmed the election of President Bola Tinubu.

The court sent out hearing notices to the counsels for the respective parties on Thursday.

Where a candidate however, presents a forged certificate regardless of the type of certificate the candidates have, once it is deemed to be forged such candidate have contravene the position of the law and as such they stand disqualified if found culpable.

In conclusion, if the supreme under special circumstances admits this Academical records and the court further finds the candidate guilty of forgery, the constitutional implications is that such candidate  will be disqualified.

Let's Nigerians and the world see how the supreme court is going to use the tenets of the law to do the needful in salvaging the nation from this avoidable unconstitutionality by disposing off of this well known criminal( whose entire life has been from one shade of criminality to another) or use technicalities again to legalise his criminal.
