There's no record that the refinery is producing, with all the turn around maintenance, NNPCL recorded zero production. What made the cooling system cut fire when it's not producing? Some questions needs to be answered

Look, managing a shop and a warehouse isn't the same, especially for someone that isn't educated to appreciable level that can help him to manage effectively.

If the cooling tower caught fire from welding sparks, then it means it was producing initially, crude oil fractions are what triggered it, unless it was a deliberate fire, the welding excuse doesn't add up for a cooling tower that was never in operation for a long time.

Ask them when the refinery is suppose to work and it is not working, they will tell you to remember there was a fire incident sometime in the year and how that changed everything
