Which refinery? What does it refine? Because what everyone is sure about is the fact that we import refined fuel into the country. Let it catch major fire for all I care

It could be that some persons are trying to prevent the refinery from going into full operations because of their selfish interest.

Just as they're trying to use mismatch parts and community people to prevent the Port Harcourt refinery from starting operations in December.

I see this news to be fake, I live in Warri and also work in one of the biggest depot, no distress call was made to any of the depots fire department and also no information dish out by the NNPC personnel that they recorded fire outbreak in tje refinary.

Anyway, those who don't good thing to happened to Nigeria have seen something to masturbate on.

Enjoy.

Excuses are being generated to prevent the commissioning in December. If you voted for this party without values, I hope you have enough resources to cater for you and yours. Winter is coming!

Less than 29% of Nigeria's votes were counted; you can't blame Nigerians for APC and Tinubu's disastrous government, considering he won only 8.6 million of 97 million registered electorates.

There you have it.

With this, they've already announced now why the refinery is not going to work as at when they said it is going to work.

Exactly my thoughts.

All Nigerians ministries are filled with imcompetent employees who bought their jobs. They can even supervise a project effectively? All federal government projects built in mediocrity and lack monitoring.

There's no record that the refinery is producing, with all the turn around maintenance, NNPCL recorded zero production. What made the cooling system cut fire when it's not producing? Some questions needs to be answered
the answer to your question is in the story. Read the story

And same people can't build Nigeria right? The shame is on you since you can't understand what he's saying.

Look, managing a shop and a warehouse isn't the same, especially for someone that isn't educated to appreciable level that can help him to manage effectively.

Forget the accounting degree BS. Someone that truly went through the four walls of a university wouldn't stand to condemn the use of data to make informed decisions. Tinubu is far from leading Nigeria effectively.

IF NIGERIAN CITIZEN ARE NOT OLUYA CITIZEN,NNPC BECOME NNPCL, NOBODY QUESTION THE MOVE, THIS ARE THE REASON WHY TRUMP CALL NIGERIA SHITHOLE, NIGERIA IS A COUNTRY WHERE THE CITIZEN DON'T ASK QUESTIONS FROM THE GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL

Read. Welding works on the cooling tower caused the fire

If the cooling tower caught fire from welding sparks, then it means it was producing initially, crude oil fractions are what triggered it, unless it was a deliberate fire, the welding excuse doesn't add up for a cooling tower that was never in operation for a long time.

Clearly admitting their inefficiency.. They just stylishly announced that the refineries will not work for an unknown extended period.

Ask them when the refinery is suppose to work and it is not working, they will tell you to remember there was a fire incident sometime in the year and how that changed everything
