There are varieties of Pepper and each has the best method to farm them. But give me few days, I'll get you detailed pictures of a Pepper farm and the process to guide you.

Nursery takes about two weeks.
Below is a picture of my present Round Pepper farm. The distance between two Pepper is one foot.

There must be something wrong with the Soil where you plant it. Maybe the Soil is not fertile. Next time before you plant your Pepper, go to a nearby refuse dump. Collect the sand and pour in the area you intend to plant your Pepper.

Spread the sand all over the area and plant your Pepper. You will be amazed at how good your Pepper will grow.

You must not go to a big refuse dump site. You can check within your immidiate environment for any location where refuse are dumped.
