Maturemindz:Pregnancy has no effect on visa approvals.. You are submitting application November ending for January intake for family of 4..seems late application for January intake.. There is probability that IRCC will not finish review of the application by January..and you may defer admission for later In take.. Considering your wife will deliver by july 2024..she has to be in Canada before delivery, otherwise you will be making another application to add the infant am sure she will not be ready to leave the infant and travel to canada.. Going to school in Canada with infant on board will be another ball game to the student... If she ends up having the baby in canada make sure you come with loads of cash and she has health coverage from the university or college, having baby in canada is expensive normal delivery can cost upto 3000 to 5000 canadian dollars, for Cesarean-section will cost upto 12000 canadian dollars and all the bills will be directed to the mum!! Don't opt for visit visa it won't make things easy for you.. 3 Likes |

Timeless @Justwise!! So you are still here. I think there should be a disciplinary process that should be imposed in situations like this to preserve the sanity of this platform. justwise: |

the crypto trading should be amongst his sources, as per pof. let him seek another biz to integrate as a source of funds in order to build his pof legitimacy. you can submit more than one source of pof. i did such

|

oasmart:What i will advise you is to get gcms note to get the reason for the refusal, that 1. Two; i sense the refusal is based on home ties i will advise you to do a property valuation to strengthen your home ties. And three your sop and many other things like sponsorship. 1 Like |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by zubizareta(m): 7:31am On Oct 23, 2023 |
oasmart: Sorry for the refusal. Yes you can use property sale deposited as lump sum. However, be ready to demonstrate the availability of the funds by making a school expenses either paying tuition or doing GIC. Also, it's important to note that you must be careful and package your sop to be detailed and convincing that you will return. That's where your economic and home ties comes in because selling an asset off to fund your education could be interpreted as you selling off your stuffs with no intention of leaving Canada especially if your economic ties are weak and you have no much other assets left after selling off one. Order for Gcms notes. But before then, what exactly was the content of the sponsorship letter? Were they to cover the full sponsorship? What documents did the company submit? Did you submit your statement of acct, payslips etc? Was your statement of acct holding unexplained lump sums and were the funds there sufficient to cover your living expenses, Miscellaneous cost?? 1 Like |

$1 is now 1,200 naira As for those that still have their PoF in naira, I will advise you open a dollar account and move your funds. I did mine at #927/$1 and #1,007/$1 and now it’s 1,200/$1. Naira is on free fall which means you will need more funds to make up your PoF. Good luck I just check my tuition deposit now I paid full tuition fee and it’s was #12.4m Today it’s #16.3m Imagine 4m difference Thank God I paid full 5 Likes |

Sorry about your study visa refusal, knowing the psychological effect. Not submitting your bank statement was where the problem lies, despite your company's account having such a huge sum. Your bank statement is also proof of financial stability. Don't rush to reapply; critically analyze the situation before applying. oasmart: |
