The issue with TCN started last year when the whole recruitment process was hijacked by our politicians, TCN wanted to recruit more of technical focal persons specifically E&E engineers but non technical persons had their way. Now TCN is back to square one desperately in need of engineers but cannot fully recruit because its saturated and now resorting to contractual technical persons. Good luck to everyone!

You are right my brother...they need more engineers now but I hope they recruit few this year

All of us wey dey find connect, see o we are contributing to the problem. Whenever we pressurise our connect to get us into a particular agency just because they pay well knowing fully well that we don't have the necessary qualifications to be there, we should know that we are creating a lack of quality problem.

In my area, one of them EFCC brethren bought out a whole street of houses, knocked it down and built a now famous 'glass house street'. The place done become landmark for directions around here sef 😂
