The crux of the letter is to refute the allegations, misrepresentations and lies he told. See para. 4-10 of the letter. The reassurance given were in the light of his accusations and allegations.

Para 15. which is the last paragraph explicitly reminds and warns him to obey the law of Ghana and be careful in his future public broadcast.

Congrats on your graduation from UNN. Graduating from that sch no be beans. It comes with bittersweet experience. But make your people too dey try small. That sch isn't living to its hype & the kind corruption in their admission especially into Mec Sch is the worst in the whole 9ja. How can a 1st generation Fed Sch be admitting times 5 of quota creating artificial problem for Medical students. That's the only 1st generation sch I know where names on Corruption lists(supplementary lists) pass the ones on merit/primary list. They monnify everything & they see nothing wrong. Tufiakwa. Even Some States uni in other regions don't do that.
UNN should do better. The sch is bigger & more reputable than that.

I think David has an over blotted sense of importance. I don't even consider him an investigative journalist, he is more of a researcher. All his purported investigations have holes in them, investigative journalists score home runs not public divisions. The public already have their biase, any article that swings to a biase will definitely gain traction.
If the Nigerian government wants David, only a phone between both presidents of the countries who happen to be friends will produce him. Of course the western nations he applied to saw through him, a menace in ones home country will definitely be a menace in his asylum country.
