I feel for the Yoruba people in Nigeria, it is not a good time.
They all voted for Emilokan Tinubu, AKA, Druggie hoping he will take them to the promised Land.
Unfortunately, Druggie disappointed his people.
I hope Nigerians will learn not to follow a Blind man who has no vision because of ethnic or Religious interest

Mathematically, that's about 400% increase or inflation. X4

Tinubu own never ever reach 100% or X2.

You mean mathematically we should expect to see dollars at over 3k if Tinubu is continuing from where Buhari stopped? Lols

Critics especially destructive ones are the worst. I remember 2015 elections the way Southwest Muslims crucified Jonathan even the north never did that to him. The criticism was so bad that I can't help but imagined the bitterness and hatred SW had for Jonathan and Igbos. It made me almost hate them but on 2nd thought I asked myself not all of them are like that. I remembered when PMB won the election one Yoruba elder in my church shouted screamed and was very angry, he said SW have made the greatest political mistake in Nigeria's history since independence sadly he passed away 2016.. as long as SW would continue to unite with the north on the grounds of hatred for the Igbos nothing good would come out in this administration.

joefelin2345:
But when SE united with the North in 1959, 1979, 1983 & 1993-1998-Babangida & Abacha era), that was ok abi? Mumu. Don't worry, the Yoruba shall soon leave you alone in Nigeria by the grace of God & IJMN.

You both have good points rooted in real history. Unfortunately right & wrong have been lost in the plot a long time ago. Kinda ironic you both are from enemy tribes but want the same thing - secession. That's funny.

First recognize that Nigeria isn't breaking up. Never gonna happen because THE NIGERIAN PEOPLE prefer that it remain united so they can one day have a chance to chop the National Cake 😉 No matter how small the chance, no matter how improbable, that is the HOPE of every Nigerian.

This is what happens when the population of a DIVERSE SOCIETY is steeped in a political culture of socialism, where government is supposed to provide for everyone.

Nigeria is in a Big Mess !!!

Late Obafemi Awolowo the man Yorubas claim they love told Yorubas this before his death but they refused to listen to him but chose to follow a greedy criminal fellow called Bola Tinubu deceiving Yorubas of today.

Awolowo joined forces with Hausa-Fulanis to fight Igbos hoping to become President from doing so, but after all his political journey, Awolowo advised Yorubas to try and work closely with Igbos to liberate Nigeria. Awolowo realized close to his death that Igbos are the only tribe truly fighting to liberate Nigeria from the ruins of the dangerous Caliphate.

Obasanjo worked closely with Igbos and his government flourished, Nigeria's economy was stable.

Goodluck worked closely with Igbos, against all odds, his government witnessed boom, Nigerian became the biggest economy in Africa, the only issue it had was insecurity created by the same dangerous Northern Caliphate who wanted to destroy Goodluck's government at all cost for working with Igbos. Yorubas foolishly joined them.

If Yorubas like, let them discard the counsel of Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo, they will continue to round around in a cycle

Just like the idiots who were insulting and condemning GEJ back then have suddenly started blaming the average Nigerian citizens for every issue in Nigeria today... Some are saying it's because most Nigerians don't pay taxes, pray for their leaders, curse their president, etc.

...As if these things were not being done under GEJ.

This is the inherent danger of lack of objectivity and honesty.

Guy, just reason am...!

They gave Buhari a pass for the first 4 years, blaming and abusing Jonathan till Buhari got reelected... Thereafter they moved to using COVID, Ukrainian war, EndSars, etc, as excuses.

Currently, they are blaming years of subsidy... The very same subsidy they fought against Jonathan over when he tried removing it.

Some have even resorted to blaming the poor citizens for refusing to be good, pay more taxes, and support their leaders for the issues in Nigeria.

As you dey go school, you go dey reason say if you comot, you fit make back that money come say thank you to your parents
