Secession is not allowed under Turkish constitution so the PKK can't have their own separate state though they've adopted terror tactics to fight the Turkish state. You can't compare the PKK to Hamas. The Palestinian people are fighting an existential threat from an artificial state (Israel) created by British mandate after the fall of the Ottoman Empire.

Syria should merge with Turkey or Iran because they are not different from ordinary villages.if Russia is calling themselves Syria friend and can't give them or sell good air defence to them then Russia is not qualified to be called a friend.is Russia too afraid of Israel or US that makes them reluctant to provide Syria govt with good air defence that will protect Syria airports I don't think any of Us friend can be getting humiliated like this every time without Us doing anything
