Hezbollah has not joined in any meaningful capacity, Syria is fighting ISIS , Turkey and the US, Yemen has been enmeshed in civil war since the Arab Spring with the Houthis against the combined might of Saudi Arabia, UAE using American military hardware. Iran has not declared war, mutual threats were issued.
