Please house this is urgent, i am having some issues paying my tuition fee. So I transferred the naira equivalent to a friend in Canada. But the guy is some how confuse on how to complete the payment.
He said if he pays through 'bill payment option' that his details will be what will show on the payment receipt but not my detail, and he doesn't want that to happen cos this might be a problem between me and the school knowing fully well that my name or details are not in the payment receipt.
Please what's the best way for him to transfer the money to the school, without causing any issues

Bill payment will show your information if he puts in your student number as the account number. He should proceed with the payment

Let her look out for colleges instead of university

Hello Seniors,

My friend studied Microbiology, which related course can she apply for masters. She’s currently working as nurse and most of the school's are demanding for too many documents for msc in nursing.

What related course and school can she apply to probably with low tuition deposit?

Hello, either of you can be the principal applicant, or you can do it as you have suggested if he doesn't have strong home ties. Home ties can be employment, family, and relationships, and properties are also assets. These are the things that can likely compel you to come back home.
milroz:
Please I have a question, my hubby wants to apply for masters at Canada, we are both young, in our 20’s got married this year june. Can he use himself as sponsor? He’s a freelance Software Designer. We are also confused on whether we should apply for visa together, that’s me being his dependent or he should apply first then I apply later based on using me as home ties to get his own visa approved. I don’t really know how much the home ties works, if this will be cool or not. And is it also easy to apply for your spouse to join you when you’re there already?
I need advice please 🙏🙏

My study permit application has been approved couple of weeks ago. I am going to be studying undergrad at the University of Lethbridge. Start date is January 3rd for spring term.

I am actually looking for information on
Flight booking

Hi everyone, please has anyone who got medical request done their medicals this month, and how long did it take before it reflected on your portal as passed?

I did mine since 18th of this month and it hasn’t reflected on my portal. How long does it take for IOM to send your result to IRCC?

Alright, let’s say he applies for his own alone using me his spouse as home ties, and his visa gets approved, can he apply for me before he lives the country? Will it be easy for me to get my own visa due to the fact that he used me as home ties?

I've been crying since cos I was denied visa.. reason;
1: insufficient fund and asset
2; I have significant ties in Canada
3:the purpose of my travel is not consistent with a temporary stay in Canada with the details I provided...
My brother in-law who stays in Canada is my sponsor o and I applied with 4.5 million after payment of school fees... It's a 2yrs post baccalaureate program in human resources...
Pls, dear gurus, how do I re strategize everything..

Anybody experienced application update switching from medical passed to final decision and back to medical passed. Also when the final decision update came in, it still reads “your application is in progress bla bla bla”.

Please what could this mean?

A bit of a background:

Application submitted October 4
Upfront medical October 4
Biometrics October 19
Medical Passed October 23
BVL October 25
Final decision October 25 with no info
Back to medical passed October 25

I understand your pain; visa refusal can have some temporary effect.
1. Did you say 4.5M? That is insufficient funds. you might want to work on your POF and assets.
2. Your home ties should outweigh the foreign ties you have
3. This might suggest the information you submitted did not indicate your intention to study temporarily in Canada. Emphasize on your return and show sufficient POF to cover your temporary stay, work on the sponsor's aspect
