subzheero: I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with @Frankrobnn1. It's important to address the recent false accusations made against him. I have had the privilege of working with @Frankrobnn1, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. As I am already in Canada and my family joining me shortly, that in itself, speaks a great deal. Contrary to the unfounded claims, @Frankrobnn1 has consistently provided me with genuine and professional services. His assistance in preparing documents and navigating certain processes has been invaluable. @Frankrobnn1's dedication to his clients' needs is truly commendable. It's essential to remember that everyone's experiences can vary, and it's crucial to give individuals the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. My interactions with @Frankrobnn1 have been entirely positive, and I have found him to be a trustworthy and reliable professional. I urge anyone seeking assistance in the areas that @Frankrobnn1 specializes in to reach out and form their own opinion based on personal interactions and experiences. False accusations can damage a person's reputation unfairly, and I believe that he deserves the opportunity to clear his name and continue providing his valuable services to those in need. |

Kindly advice, I had a denied student visa in March 2023 due to funds which can’t be verified in a Microfinance bank and salary pay I get is not seen as a good expense for the proposed study. Do I stand a better chance of an approval if I process a visit visa now? |

Hello Gurus in the building Please I am having issues with my vfs account for scheduling of appointment. I have tried the password I know and it's not working and have also used forgot password and I am not seeing any message to my email for forgot password. Don't know if I should open another VFS account. |

Augrere2022: I live here, unfortunately people outside hate the truth. It is difficult now to transit from study to PR. This is not being discussed on this forum . 80 percent of the students aren’t even aware of how difficult it is. Once they get in, they felt relaxed after being carried away with the beauty of the country and the number of years ahead especially when the are doing 2 years program which offers extra 3 years of PGWP. The heart attack starts when the PGWP is about to expire. Most students never get jobs in their field of study. Most students will have to go back to the EE pool after studies and wait for miracles. Writing ielts, combining work experience and calculating points. The hope of students has also been put to rest since the Canadian government halts the CEC canada experience class draw . This is because the population of these students is so huge. Only 25 percent ended up getting PR after study. Some are studying in the wrong province. It is also competitive and difficult to get PNP . I advice students to plan very well and don’t get overwhelmed with what they see . This place is expensive and it won’t worth it to come in vain and go in vain 7 Likes 1 Share |

JMG12: Thank you for this. My bro was also denied for the same reasons. 1. He may not leave Canada at the end of the study due to no strong ties. 2. The money is insufficient without working 3. The money is won't be enough to transport him to and fro Canada. He had 11 million in the account, with full school fees paid. We showed evidence of land sale for the bulk money. My question is, for a single person like him, what else can he show that will prove strong ties. We included a letter from his employer, but we did not include anything about the payment he gets because it is too small (about 70k). Should we have included it like that? Please, experienced people in the house, advise on what we can do better. Can he include our family properties even though they are not in his name? Is the 11 million too small for a 16 months course? Please help. |

Good morning, What is the duration of his program, and how much is the tuition fee? A 16-month course is equivalent to 2 years. Yes, he could've done a deed of gift on the family property. MizMyColi: |

Thank you for sharing. This issue needs to be given proper attention now. Everywhere you go, it's always about how to enter Canada via student route. Many of our people have successfully migrated via this route. We will need you guys out there to continuously share your experiences on the pathways to PR since this is the main reason we're committing our meagre financial resources towards this cause. The topic on transitioning to PR should be given the needed attention. Perhaps those who are out there and are in the process should create a topic for such discussions so we can all learn. Augrere2022:I started my process as of last year, but I canceled my admission because I haven't prepared my POF yet. 1st week of June, I got another admission, and by then I have started fixing my account. My international passport took my whole time, I got it after capturing on the 14th of July, on the 20th of September. That was when my application was started by my sister. My biometrics was booked for 13th of October, I had to reschedule it because I had something to do in Lagos by 17th. So I moved it to 20th of October. Medicals was scheduled in Abuja for 23rd also and a letter of sent to me this morning through my sister to submit my passport. 6 Likes |

Bobomaigida, can u pls send me a mail? Am trying to reach out to you for my visa application, just for advicesory purposes. To help me review my documents before my application. bekks2858@gmail.com please quote author=Bobomaigida post=124691070] Hi Aghogho, Despite your withdrawal, it is clear the agent put in an application for you and went to initiate a chargeback claim on the application fee, instances such as this, it is very delicate to fashion a response, but I will try to offer some suggestions. 1. Pay the application fee that is being requested with your own card or a trusted person's card. 2. You need to tell them that you requested for assistance for the payment of the application fee when you could not use your card due to Fx restrictions and that the card holder had confirmed to you that payment had been and that the fact the application was transmitted convinced you that the payment was duly paid, but that you have paid the fee now to show that you did not deliberately decide to pay for the application. 3. You can also claim that you did not appoint anyone to act on your behalf, that you only had, an advisory relationship with the person, who was advising you on how to put in your application, that at no point did you appoint anyone to act as your rep. You can develop this and hope for the best. Please also wait for other member's pitch. You can also search on the closed thread for some people who had this same issue.[/quote] |
