Anambra1stSon2: That's what all igbos say.....but evidence on ground suggest otherwise. There's no business igbos do that other indigenous tribes don't do. So tell me what does igbos produce?... Palm oil?...e Boku for all over southern Nigeria Or is it akpu?....Oyo state is the largest producer of cassava in Nigeria |

Ttalk:Same people like you will prefer to buy Chinese products and tag Aba products as fake and inferior.. Phone chargers, ear, footwear are all produced in Aba The money the senators are planning to use to buy SUVs if is given to Aba producers as grant it would go along way... The over $400,000 Tinubu spent on New York hotels and Oloshos is enough to support local production We all know the problem with this country but tribal bigots like you will never admit it 2 Likes |

Anambra1stSon2: You are not intelligent at all and I wonder why reasonable Igbo would allow you to represent their image on Nairaland. Tell me, the ego-boosting you are doing, how does it add to the value and brand of that product? You have only succeeded in tagging some products as ' Igbo Products' in a multicultural economy like Nigeria where ethnicity is been driven into every aspect of life. Look, I know Yoruba produced more product than Igbo but I wont name any product as a Yoruba product because it is not meant to be consumed by only Yoruba. You can continue to fool yourself by trying harder to cover your inferiority complex 1 Like |

MXrep:Of course I won't understand the argument to you because there's nothing to argue here. That because igbos have a Nnewi where some parts are produced or Onitsha that welcomes people from as far as CAR means they control Nigerian economy? That igbos can be found in every nook and cranny of Nigeria is a testament of enterpreneural spirit....but so also you can find yorubas hausas and Fulanis in every nook and cranny of Nigeria. The farce that igbos control small indigenous businesses has long been found not to be true. All indigenous tribes have and control their indigenous small scale businesses. |

Ttalk: Thanks for this submission. I may have erred too but I did that in order to correct the false impression that igbos control the business environment here. They don't. Even retail businesses Igbos have been lying to themselves for years on this their business acumen and if they are not stopped they will go away with the wrong impression and begin to hate on those who want to make them realise they have been lied to. |

Ttalk: Do u produce wine in Nigeria...no. what do ur emilokan produce nothing and u come here to rubbish a certified business man who line of business is importation. U don't blame ur politicians for wasting monies in hotels abroad but u come here to lampoon business men who are the reasons ur Lagos is generating substantial revenue. U think business is like amala and ewedu...it is beyond it. No country on earth is sufficient in everything. U only see Obi to blame, what about ur Nigeria that produces petroleum yet imports every paraphernalia of petrol into the country. Stop the sentiments and look into issues with clear mind and then,u would have grown. 6 Likes 1 Share |
