All those points are valid. Ngannou’s jab would be basic at best. Also, Ngannou does not have boxing stamina and would be gassed out by around Rd 4-5 (if Fury allows it to get that far).

Fury has to take it seriously though because damage from power punches is not always linear. Norton broke Ali’s jaw and Frazier knocked him down but Shavers and Foreman who were the most powerful punchers of the era couldn’t inflict the same level of damage on him.

Fury would almost certainly win but if he is careless and doesn’t respect his opponent, the 0.5% puncher’s chance Ngannou has might be enough.
