No consequences. So in 2023, we are still going to be allowing INEC to enter a room and print whatever result, not backed by any technology whatsoever? Wonderful! Oya Yarimo, come and celebrate the backwardness of your race. 4 Likes |

Oya Yarimo, come and tell us how IREV is not necessary, how technology is not necessary, how we should be happy and proud of the backwardness of Nigeria. This is where you shine Yarimo. The true patriot of Nigeria who is against electronic voting or counting even if just for redundancy. Waiting for your smiley face post. Meanwhile you can even post smiley, but your INEC can't post PNG with 300 billion ba? Oh look, I'm better than INEC cause I can transmit images to nairaland server. LET ME DO WHAT INEC COULD NOT DO WITH 400 BILLION; UPLOAD AN IMAGE. 2 Likes

Dohn: but you have people in Nigeria constantly in support of the evil done against the people by politicians. For example, a Nairaland moderator, MYND44 supported a Buhari and now a Tinubu, even when Tinubus application showed he graduated school in 1970 when the school was founded in 1974. A whole moderator here will see such aberration and continue his support, calling white black. These are the kinds of house slaves that would fight against our liberation. |

INEC or Wike? I think the biggest getaway is Wike. Its unbelievable what he actually got away with what happened in Rivers. You can get away with a lot of things in this country. One of the reasons I love Nigeria so much. Just have money and some influence. |

INEC said there was a "glitch" but was never punished or even asked to explain the "glitch" to prevent it's re-occurrence. If you watch plane crash videos, you'd see the level of investigation that goes into each crash to learn from the issue ensuring it NEVER re-occurs. ....... Then Yarimo as a local guy will come and post smileys, as a typical Neegaah, saying yen yen yen, wailer, hobie, like the local neegah he is, devoid of any real progressive thought. When I think of you Yarimo, I remember how our ancestors used to be naked in the jungle or wearing leaves to cover their crotch, shouting "Ah Bu Ga Bu Ga Shooo, Ah Bu Ga Bu Ga shooo" Caveman Yarimo, they brought you into the city but you still can't assimilate with humans, longing for the simplicity that came with your wild buffalo community, wanting all of us to move back to the jungle, mtcheew 1 Like |

INEC did not break any law. The laws they broke were the emergency laws promulgated by the LP and PDP after they lost. The backing of those laws were untamed emotions. The rulings by the PEPT and Supreme Court were based purely on the law, the Constitution and Electoral Act. On iREV, it is not backed by law. Labour Party members are angry with INEC because they wanted to save money and refused to pay their agents who were not at the polling units to receive the forms EC8A like APC and PDP received. If they were genuine, the police had copies of the results, why didn't they ask the police? |

whatisthetruth: It is actually disrespectful for you to question the choices of people in an election. If anyone decides to support Abacha if he contests an election, it is within his right. That is why it is a democracy. |
