Hi people, I've been surfing the Internet searching for Banking jobs in UK that offer sponsorship...

However, I seek opinions here because I believe it's possible someone on this forum got sponsorship through bank jobs or any related career.

Please respond.

I think all banks offer sponsorship but it will be dependent on the role

For instance, DevOps guys may be offered sponsorship by Lloyds but customer service guys wont

That said, saying tithing, a practice held in high esteem by Christians, is a scam online is highly insulting. In fact, this is cyber bullying and I'm not sure if this is what this platform is turning into.

Reminds me of someone that I was advising last week not to input his details following a phishing link he received via SMS. he kept arguing and saying this and that, telling me its insulting that I think he will fall to a phishing attack / scam so I just kept mum

Without fear, religion will cease to exist but people willingly give out tithe for reasons best known to them. I mean there's a UK Pastor wearing £30K LVs and £300K Patek wristwatches but people will still give the tithe.

I think everyone needs to watch this cartoon "Sausage Party". It's a subtle dig at religion and very funny grin -https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1700841/

To each his own, your money, your religion, your tithe

As for me sha, I have never paid tithe and I will never give any Pastorpreneur 1 Cent to goan use for Gucci shoes grin

Lol. My pastor that year was travelling abroad for a few weeks and told me not to drop my tithe in the tithe basket but hand it to his wife while he is away. 😭😭

Pele o, Mr wise, ologbon Sodiki. Abeg rest! I am not even making a case for her social life, in fact, my position is quite the opposite.

The lady went as far as installing cameras to keep an eye on their child while they're away, and you're here repeating safe safe as if a child can only be safe when the parent is there!!!

You can agree or die!!! there is no law or minimum age when a child can be left home alone as long as the child is mature enough and there is no cause for concern (i.e risk)!!! Secondly, a cause of concern must be real to warrant taking a child away, it cannot be over a mere "hunch", you clearly don't know what you're saying... Its either your friend is not telling you the truth about their negligence or you're just here telling lies!!!

Stop scaring people please, and don't be a hypocrite!!! Na una go carry church and bible for head, and na for inside the same bible you carry for head that it is said that "God has not given us the spirit of fear", yet here you are literally doomsplaining on top a matter that has been handled. One of the many reasons why a lot of people don't take you religious people seriously. Hian!!!

This is what this thread is all about: Community of kindness and sharing.

I had decided to let go of this thread because folks like Justman had decided to use the opportunity of being a moderator to attack beliefs that people hold sacred. I never understand how one thinks it's wise to keep saying negative things about non-criminal religious doctrines. You won't do such in UK to people's sexual orientation, for instance, regardless of your stance on the matter. But because it's Nairaland, it's alright to say things like "someone's sacred doctrine is a scam run by crooks in the Church".

I digress... But, I think I will come back. My epistles have helped so many people here.

I passed my theory driving test yesterday, first time. I also got my Mortgage Offer last week after only coming here 2 years ago as a Student Dependant. These are only 2 examples of some of the ways God has used information from this thread to help me.

So, here's to more Communal assistance on Nairaland.

Bros, please don’t leave the thread.
I’m sure you (like many others) have benefited immensely from the free advice/recommendations/suggestions on Nairaland.

You can be a source of help to others too.

I know it’s difficult to ignore persons such as Justman who uses his/her moderator powers with reckless abandon. But for the sake of the millions of silent majority, stay.

For the sake of folks like Fatima004 who started this thread.
SemmyK who has been really helpful.
TheGuyFromHR who is really wonderful.
Lexusgs430 who uses his version of dark humour to pass across great points.
Ticha who is one of the most amazing woman on this thread.
Zahra29 (our own Suella-let)
MissJekyl - the wonderful Labour Party madam who uses every single opportunity to bash the Tories (I’m sure she is ‘smelling blood’ now as the keys to No10 are looking very feasible with Sir Keir leading in all polls).

For the sake of people like Chreze
People like MamaTukwas
Etc….

Quitting the thread means the toxic lot have won.

Let’s try and live beyond the toxicity.

No mind the overgrown baby. Keeps ranting about people's decisions on how to honour their God.

Yet the same hypocrite will not be able to stand anyone forcing him to believe a man is now a woman.

Bloody hypocrite ... fear no go gree am dispute about gender or sexual orientation, but once he hears CHURCH, PASTORS, TITHE, he develops a panic attack.

A lot of church goers who pay tithe does it out of ignorance of the scripture, some pay because they believe that God will bless them financially but there is no such thing.

You left the chat because I called out your hypocrisy using the bible you claim to follow. My message to you is to stop scaremongering and my angst is that you're painting me as the bad guy for trying to prevent someone from taking a rash decision based on "people said".

You initially said "your friend", now its your experience. 🤥

I'm passionate about this matter because I CAN RELATE!!! I gave rational counsel to someone based on the experience they shared here and you bring your holier-than-thou, know-it-all, attitude to discredit my advice?

There was no need to drag the church or someone's service to God over a simple matter.

Why not address the issue and the person?

What did quoting scripture or carrying church on the head have to do with the topic?

Being careful is not equal to spreading fear.

I hope the day police takes away that lady's child, we will dig up this chat.
