Check with your school, if they are asking for transcript, it means they are asking for your testimonial.

Some schools in Europe May ask you to send them a result-checker scratch card as well, especially in Estonia.

Please I am having issues submitting my application on the University of Vienna website (U:Space)
I have submitted all the legalized documents except for the ["b]Proof of decree on groups of persons"[/b] which I do not know what it means.
Whenever i check my dashboard, they keep telling me that It is inadequate.

Please has anyone applied to the University of Vienna and encountered such thing before? That is the only thing holding my application to be submitted. they gave me until November 8 to finalize the submission of my application.

Please urgent response is needed because I do not know what documents to submit there and I need help on what to do about it.

I think they need you to provide a document that covers your legal stay. This is the screen shot that I found on the decree of group of persons thing.

You can email the school to confirm.

Are you saying only Federal Ministry Of Foreign Affairs can legalize documents?
Most Students going to Germany did at Federal High Court anywhere in Nigeria and I think process should be same.

I have been selected for admission in the selection procedure for msc in Tu Wein, my condition for admission is legalised copy of document to be sent to the school. I have two questions.

1. The original copy of my transcript are pictures of it sent to me. My uni doesn't give it out(hard copies) but someone was able to snap and send it to me, I also have the student copy of transcript, both copies signed and stamped. Will either of them be accepted for legalization as original copy is been requested?

2. I'm yet to start the legalization process, Do you think I would be able to meet my registration into Tu wien as its academic year for 2023W, 2024S consideration the legalization issues.

If you dont have that small one
That's why you will have to do the affidavit for age declaration and then use to obtain attestation of birth from NPC

Not accepted, get the original hardy from your school, you can use ministry of education to apply, they will sent to them then u can come and pick it, that's the best way of getting it or you can go to your sch

Note: when it is sent, collect the courier man contact from your school inorder to know the date they deliver to the ministry, thats if you are coming to pick it or if you want us to assist you in doing that

Hello Please what does it mean the Austrian authority abroad says that the embassy hasn't released your documents when applying for residence permit. Are the applications sent every end of the month or even longer

It could mean that your document has not reached Austria for processing as of the time you tried to find out.

Austrian embassy in Abuja doesn’t send your document through courier. It scans your document via a secure means and send it to the appropriate authority in charge of your Austrian state or District where your file would be treated.

It may mean that this file sending is being done in batches. And don’t forget, there are lesser staff there at Abuja, especially to cope with current influx of Nigerians switching to Austria because of what the UK is implementing starting from January 2024.

It’s good you are patient a bit more and stop worrying or mailing MA35 so as not to arouse their suspicions - my thought, though.
