How does one know if the person who comes to church dressed in such a manner has only this one set of clothes and one pair of shoes?? Does dressing like this affect one's ability to genuinely worship his or her Creator in spirit and in truth in Christ??

There is a lot wrong with the foundation itself.

First of all the word "CHURCH" according to the scriptures doesn't mean a building rather it is a group of worshipers so if those meeting together for worship don't know that then it's difficult to start telling them how to dress to a place where the name has been misplaced for what supposed to be a congregation of worshipers instead of building!

There's absolutely nothing wrong with it. It's because some of us have bad connotations about it. Sorry, they are not all suited up in Heaven. If you have administrative directions maybe as a church worker on how to dress to your church service, that's okay, but tagging it with spirituality is wrong. The biggest and most wicked thieves are in suits committing all sorts of immorality.
