GloriousGbola: Funny enough if u discuss with residents of the state , u will discover that not everybody loathes Amaechi and not everybody loves Wike . When I was going back to the airport my driver was lamenting bitterly at how bikemen lined-up on an express road hustling pasengers and just entering the road without caution . He mentioned how Amaechi curbed the okada menace following serious loss of lives as a result of the activities of the bikemen . He said rate of crimes like armed robbery reduced as a result of the complete ban on the okada guys . Wike brought them back and the rest is history . Wike recorded some milestones on fixing the road networks but the guy told me Wike abandoned some roads that needed urgent repairs cos they are situated in Amaechi’s area of town . As for the warlords , only God knows how they multiplied under Wike’s government but somehow he kept them at bay . |

OasisX: It's true. Just caught everyone off guard. No one saw it coming Even though SIM has managed to scuttle the impeachment, I don't see him winning any election in this state without Wike. What makes it even more difficult is that Wike has some Federal powers with him. And unlike Amaechi, his boys are everywhere in the state. Wike has fought plenty strong politicians and he ALWAYS has the last laugh. I can only hope SIM knows what he's doing or he will end up like Ambode. |
