The boom of remote jobs has come and gone to be sincere. Zoom has mandated their employees to show up to the offices at least three times a week or get fired and the same goes to Amazon employees. Pandemic related tech boom and busted and only very few tech companies are hiring while majority are downsizing due low sales. You don't need to quit searching but know it not easy to find remote like it use to be two years ago. TimiRume: 2 Likes 1 Share |

Bro rest, am in Lybia and I can freely tell you that life is easier and balance here than Nigeria, their money here has value, imagine just 56 dinars here is 10k in naija.. if you recharge your phone with just 5dinars you will talk and talk and talk..going to market if you don't have money Arabu are nice to give you food items but they detaste theft, they can kill you for that..lots more...in short if you come here and maintain your lane, you will enjoy...but our Nigeria people have spoil that name Nigeria.. because most Arabu has one or two bad experience with Nigerian they melt..imagine even Arabu is confident to give car, bus, trailer to sudanese,Niger, Ghanaian to drive but not Nigerian..so funny olakraft: 1 Like |

Blame opposition politics for turning Nigerians from Budding Entrepreneur Types to Job Seeker types. For opposition politics, Job seekers are more of a political weapon than business seekers. So Opposition politics bludgeoned Nigerians endlessly with accusation of stupidity and timindity for being individuals with a self help mentality instead hounding government for work . The advantage ordinary Nigerians had over other Africans was entrepreneurial spirit, Nigerians have lost or are loosing that spirit and are thus becoming as wretched, hopeless, helpless, needy and aid seeking as africans on the rest of the continent. Pitied and looked down upon by the rest of the world outside Africa. |

As we speak now the new wave of new buildings ie 2 bed flat will now cost from N1m and above cos of the way materials are rising in cost.If a hustler can afford to Send $500 to his savings account back home he is at per or better off than his colleague who sit in an office with pay of N500k and no security. |

Desperation is real but if you ever witness what people do with slaves, you will never wish it to your worst enemy. While traveling to a better country is a step up, traveling to some countries is a step down, and you can lose it all. Nwaotu10: |
