Now my problem is I wanted to claim refund because my wife was working under health section.

You would need a visit visa if your course is just 6months


You won’t need to pay IHS for that

How come this particular transaction was available to them? What was the duration of the statement you provided them, because this transaction occurred over 3 months ago, way outside the 28 days period?

For short courses you will apply for visit visa not study visa and won’t pay for IHS in that instance

Based on my research, you will. You’ll only have to fulfill the licensing requirements of the other country, not get other degrees.

It’s quite dicey wrt practicing in the US with a UK nursing degree as I’ve recently learnt (something to do with different curriculums). But even this is not so much of an issue depending on how holistic your school presents your transcript and passing your NCLEX.
