Truly "the future of Lagos is brighter than ever.’’

We will give all the support the government needs to ensure that this project succeeds phenomenally. We just can not afford to rest on our oars. The black race looks up to us.

Please invest in Lagos and the neighbouring Yoruba South West Nigeria states for great returns on investment and the best investor friendly experience in Africa.

Southwest Nigeria is the safest, has an abundance of fertile arable land , preserved forests with wildlife like giant African Elephants etc , pristine waterfalls, springs and coast lines/exotic beaches, great climate, friendly host communities, huge pool of rich, brilliant, talented , highly educated ,hardworking people , huge natural mineral deposits and material resources, oil and gas, modern trains/infrastructures, high tech industries, super fast 5G from multinational telcos, multiple advanced undersea fibre optic cables, satellite internet services that connect the SW Nigeria Yoruba states , prestigious universities and research centres, world class music, film entertainment and art industry, homogeneous language/culture, great tasty indigenous foods and all you want as an investor.

Please bring your investments to South West Nigeria just like African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) and Access Bank just did with this investment of $1.352 billion in our Lagos 4th mainland Bridge long-term infrastructure projects in Lagos state.

May God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs!

Many of you clown comment as if you are brain dead. Fashola took loans from your father to build what skyscraper ?

So you expect loan to be taken n not repaid, who passes the link bridge Fashola built and doesn't pay with not just joy but enormous joy ? What is even your foolish point referencing Fashola one of the best governor in Nigeria.

Originalsly:
The pix above with the omolex overpasses ... is that really necessary?... even in the long term? ... what will be the cost of maintenance? When will these proje ts begin?... when will they be completed? When will we begin to repay the loans?.. and where wil l that money be coming from? This reminds me of Fashola taking loatns from the World Bank to build skyscrapers and boardwalk and whatever ... a mini Dubai. What happened?... Lagosians are repaying that loan with nothing to sbow ... Fashola has baied out..

If I were the governor, instead of building a fourth mainland bridge, I would use that money to take Lagos off national grid and invest in power. 24/7 power, uninterrupted will do wonders. There will be abundance of electric vehicles, less air pollution and you make Lagosians richer, which means more tax revenue.

Electricity, ultra fast broadband, well connected drainage system, effective waste management and security should be top priority.

The metro line is impressive and there should be more.

4th Mainland bridge can wait.

This would be a massive project with the demolition of buildings to give way for the construction to begin... A great way though to connect Lekki Peninsula to the Lagos Mainland axis of Ikorodu with reduced travel time.

But he and former Aviation Minister Hadi Sirika told us Lekki Airport will start 1st Quarter of 2023 after ground breaking ceremony last year.

What is the current position of that project?

I guess that was not for show.

There will more influx of people. Lagos is due for 4th mainland and also independent power. The pressure and traffic will reduce on 3rd mainland. People in Ikorodu axis will not need to come through Ketu to 3rd or to western Ave. It will also open up Ikorodu. Ikorodu is opposite of Lekki (across the water).

But they don't money to offer people credit facilities to start businesses.
Lagos is the smallest state in Nigeria, why can't other state that closer to Lagos team up to develop a fast train connecting themselves.

Ask them when last they had a salary increment? Can a minimum wage earner confidently buy a bag of rice? There are project that impact on the people and not those kind of projects.
For example, the Anambra state airport and the conference centre employs a lot of people.
Just like Rivers state that the previous governor was just erecting structures that have no direct benefits to the common man.

That's a lot of money. Lagos is in a class of its own, if the state wasn't solvent, the banks wouldn't agree to fund the project, reason I maintained that debt is not bad if its utilised properly.

People that spoke against IGR, can states with low IGR dare to embark on a project of this magnitude? You deliberately turn facts on it's head when reality is not in your favour, jokers!

That's trillions of Naira, Bro....and we both know those projects' budgets are padded and execution will be fraught with corruption.

This is APC's Nigeria.
