This is unfair..... I plan to resign... But at this moment, I don't know where I will see money to feed .....

I'm confused at this point, I don't even know what I'm going to do at this point



It is called slavery. You opened eyes and took a job of 10k per month....i am darn sure you reside in a village, with your parents, don't pay bills and transportation.

5k I withdrew yesterday afternoon is remaining 1k after spending just 2k of it on food. How do people survive with less than 50k earning in this country mbok?

I think your salary is your biggest challenge.

It won't do sh!t and it won't give you time to find something that can earn you better money.

Please how much is the average school fees? Like how many students are there?

Try to see if you can be teaching students at home without leaving your teaching job.

Sorry oo is not better you work in betting shops as attendant or at filling stations? Teaching job in developing private schools comes with lot of sacrifice. Your boss is also not a good employer. Even if he has issues, he should carry his workers along

10k salary and u accepted it. As small as the 10k is the wicked director can't still pay it in full, that man must be very wicked and this are the kind of people that will go to church or mosque and be doing holier than thou.

You didn't mention your education level but judging from your write-up, you're definitely above average.
Resign. Dump the fool. I don't know your location but you're better off organising evening lessons if you're in a low income area or private tutorship if you have access to the rich and upper middle class.
Whichever way, you stand to lose nothing by dumping that fool. You're far better than what he's offering you. Don't let your present circumstances dictate your life or living.

You should know if he is sincere or not. I am sure you know the number of students in the school and all other calculations. Since you said you have so many debts to settle,hold on till you get a better job. Half of a peanut is better than none.
