Most of us know that all these press releases as just hog wash.
We are not kids here. The presidential yatch is a yacht simplicita. A yacht is not an operational or training boat. It is a luxury/pleasure boat . The connection with the Nigerian navy is due to the fact that it is a FG sea asset. So the Nigerian Navy would man and maintain it.

But here is the thing. It was placed as a line item in the supplementary budget submitted to the National Assembly by the Tinubu Administration. If the purchase of the so-called Presidential yatch was approved and appropriated for by the Buhari administration, it would have been purchased and delivered. Simple.

But because the High handed Tinubu administration decided that inspite of the state of the economy occasioned by the ill advised policies it has made since coming into office, the purchase of the yatch was placed in a supplementary budget for appropriation.

All these asinine press releases by the government and its agencies is just utter bullcrap.

It may shock Nigerians to know that this proposal for the purchase of a luxury yatch is consistent with the many luxurious and high handed budgetary proposals made by the Tinubu Administration. The man,his son and other family members see the resources of Nigeria as their personal resources and intends to utilise it fully to fund an extremely luxurious lifestyle of the very rich and wealthy. A Yatch is not a car that will be constructed and kept for sale (Except its a used yatch), Vessels are built based on order and customer's specification and other fittings.

The construction starts from keel laying to the body (Superstructure) and it takes an average of 2 or more years to build such structure.... How come they bought a yatch within a space of 1 year and its already in Nigeria?

If it's in Nigeria, where is the yatch berthing? Who is paying for the daily berth charges? This country is such a terrible place and slaves like FreeStuffsNG will come here to support their oppressors when they barely have a square meal a day is mind-boggling.
