The registration was done at the community and LGA level.The program was started by former President Buhari.

Believe that scam scheme at your own peril. They will keep telling you here that they know someone who received, but not them. Lol. APC.

People are receiving alert, that's the fact. Payment was ongoing as at yesterday night. But the problem in Nigeria is that people that apply won't see, but selected people will be paid with returns.
