Yam has always been the king of swallows right from time. Nothing beats it's all round experience. Nothing.
I even prefer maize swallow, plantain swallow though it may be smaller or even tuwo if it's done well to some of these other cassava family. It's only when I wanted to bulk up I started adding fufu well to my diet.

When I was growing up, Primate Ayodele and Late T.B Joshua are two prominent pastors I know who always end up with so many failed prophecies in a year.
