For me I prefer trading currency pair and when there is more than enough money then I will go back to gold to relearn it ways without no emotions attached

I will trade Xauusd on a cent acct with wide stop loss.

If I am trading prop firm, I will still do the same.

Xauusd is not quarter as dangerous as trading crash 1000 on deriv...stop dey fear am.

Sorry about that but it is obvious you bought gold. Sentiment has been sell. I have been on AU sell since morning. It positively correlates with gold. I wouldn't be selling gold if I traded it today. Just learn to follow sentiment. It gives greater probability of being right than wrong.

I have been selling gold since today. It has dropped from 1963 level to ard 1948.

It may get to 1938 sef but if nothing happens by 3pm...I may close till ard 5pm

I think it may drop further. It has been too slow as if it was contemplating whether to head South or change its mind and head North. If it went North, I wouldn't take the trade except price action justified the direction. Until then, Southwards for now.

As far as i know,gold gives pattern compared to any currency. The only thing is people underestimate gold as they do to currencies..gold is highly volatile so you don't use your normal 20-40 pips SL give it air to breathe except your strategy is flawed.

Meanwhile selling Gold and buying XTI .
